    How the pilot works

    What you will do over 7 days

    Nine concrete activities. About 15–25 minutes per session, on your own schedule.

      Complete profile setup.

      Review a mock or test schedule.

      Complete mobile task updates.

      Test communication and support features.

      Use training and certification support areas if available.

      Complete WellArc check-ins or wellbeing flows if enabled.

      Report usability issues, confusing steps, bugs, or missing features.

      Complete a final feedback survey or 20-minute feedback call.

    Caregivers across Canada

    We are inviting HCAs, PSWs, support workers, companions, family caregivers, and individuals with caregiving experience anywhere in Canada. You need an iPhone or Android device and the ability to use the app for short sessions over 7 days.

    If you run an agency, you can request a guided agency demo instead.
