Accessibility Statement
Medi-Aide is committed to an accessible care operations platform. We design and test against the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we test
Keyboard navigation, focus visibility, color contrast, image alternatives, form labels, error states, screen-reader structure, accessible disclosure components, skip links, and motion preferences.
Bilingual experience
Medi-Aide is bilingual EN/FR. Language attributes, locale switchers, and translated content are tested as part of accessibility review.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (for example, video players and certain documents) may not yet meet our internal accessibility bar. We work with vendors and provide alternatives where possible.
How to report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility issue, please email accessibility@medi-aide.ca with the page, device, and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge receipt and follow up with a remediation plan.
