2. User Eligibility

Medi-Aide services are available to caregivers, agencies, operators, and authorized family or guardian users. Users must be 18 years or older.

3. Platform Usage

• Caregivers: Use Medi-Aide for job matching, networking, and professional development.
• Agencies & Employers: Post job opportunities, manage caregivers, and streamline hiring.
• All Users: Must use the platform responsibly and comply with legal obligations.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Misrepresent qualifications or job status.
• Share confidential client, resident, staff, or family data without consent.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

Medi-Aide owns all rights to its branding, software, and content. Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute Medi-Aide materials without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Medi-Aide is not responsible for:

• Third-party actions, including employers or caregivers.
• Losses due to technical errors, unauthorized access, or data breaches.
• Any disputes between users, agencies, operators, caregivers, families, or guardians.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating platform policies.
• Restrict access due to security concerns or fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to This Policy

Medi-Aide may update these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use after updates signifies agreement to new terms.
